The Stanton Condos ChicagoAs of today, just four condos at The Stanton remain on the MLS, leaving limited opportunities for luxury buyers to consider at this amazing new development. Having just been completed this past summer, The Stanton is a small, 14-unit development that’s situated just outside Old Town and River North.

Above all, condos for sale at The Stanton are both spacious and luxurious, as units here offer three and four bedroom floor plans and top-of-the-line finishes that won’t leave future buyers disappointed.

Of the four remaining condos, unit number 304 is the least expensive with a current price tag of $659,900. The most expensive unit left on the market at The Stanton is currently priced at $1,149,900, which is a massive penthouse suite with four

170 N. Green ApartmentsA new, large-scale proposal is under review that could possibly bring hundreds of new rentals to the red hot Fulton Market neighborhood. When finished, 1980 N. Milwaukee will feature 132 new apartment units, new ground level retail space, and just 17 parking spaces. Future residents at 1980 N. As a transit-oriented development, the building will only feature 89 parking spaces despite having 252 units, but a close proximity to the Sedgwick Brown/Blue line still makes for easy access to downtown.

In addition to easy transportation availability, Old Town’s Wells Street
