The condos haven’t even been built yet, but already a new Lincoln Park development has listed some of its residential units for sale at the corner of Hampden Court and Diversey Parkway. Plans call for constructing a pair of high-end buildings at the former location of a grocery store and nearby parking lot.
Part of the proposed Hampden 53 building, the three listed condos are priced ranging from $1.2 million to $1.7 million. The residential building at 2753 N Hampden Court will house a total of 15-units, along with 27 parking spaces.
In addition, the adjacent building, named Hampden 73, will feature 30 condos and include three-dozen parking spaces, plus ground level retail. The six-story building will feature condo units ranging from the high $800,000s to around $1.4 million.
No word yet on when crews will break ground for construction, as permits have not yet been issued. Originally, a proposal called for a 78-unit high-rise at the corner, which was replaced by the dual structures.
