New residential options are coming to the West Loop, as proposals call for the area to soon be home to three new apartment projects, all currently still in the works.
845 W. Madison
One of the largest is the project planned for 845 W Madison. Taking up an entire block, the development will eventually house more than 580 apartments and a large amount of retail space on the ground level.
900 W. Randolph
Yet another new project is a proposed 19-story building going in at 900 W Randolph. The project entails eventually housing around 280 rental units, from studios to three-bedrooms. In addition, plans call for ground level retail and some parking, as well as restoring another ten nearby buildings for even more retail and office space.
1367 W. Fulton Market
Finally, a third project involves the construction of a new, contemporary building at 1367 W Fulton Market. This development will offer more than 300 individual units when finished, along with on-site parking and some ground level retail space.
