Also known as the Metro, 1200 W. Monroe is a somewhat newer condominium building located in the center of the downtown West Loop neighborhood. It’s impressive façade is one of the most recognizable in the entire area, and inside, its units are equally as impressive. Like most newer buildings in the West Loop, 1200 W. Monroe is a soft loft building that has more of a completed look, but also incorporates some classic loft elements like exposed duct work, open layouts, and large windows overlooking this highly desirable part of town.
